Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography and videography services provided by WEBBO STUDIO (Jean HERVE / Juan), registered under RCS Lorient (France) 893 278 853, hereinafter referred to as the « Service Provider », to any client, whether an individual or a corporate entity, hereinafter referred to as the « Client ». Booking any service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

    2. Booking and Deposit

    • A booking is considered firm and final only upon receipt of a signed quote/contract and a non-refundable deposit ranging between 20% and 35% of the total amount (as specified in the individual estimate).

    • The dates are officially blocked and reserved for the Client only once this deposit is successfully paid.

      3. Pricing, Travel Expenses, and Payment Methods

Pricing: Pricing is customized for each project based on the scope of work, duration, and specific requirements as outlined in the individualized quote.

Travel and Extra Expenses: Travel fees, accommodation, or logistical expenses (when applicable) are calculated and included directly in the final quoted price or specified as agreed items.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer (IBAN), credit card payment links, or accepted digital transfer methods as detailed on the invoice.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance for the services is due upon completion of the work, strictly prior to or upon the final delivery of the digital files.

          4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation by the Client: In the event of cancellation by the Client less than 30 days prior to the start of the event, the deposit is retained by the Service Provider as compensation for the immobilization of the dates and lost business opportunities.

Rescheduling: Any request to postpone an event is subject to the Service Provider’s calendar availability. Every effort will be made to accommodate changes, but no guarantee of availability can be provided.

Force Majeure: In the event of major unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (severe illness, accident, extreme weather conditions preventing safe travel, or external emergencies) preventing the Service Provider from fulfilling the mission, the liability will be limited to a full refund of any sums paid by the Client, without additional damages.

            5. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are customized and specified on each individual quote according to the scale of the project (e.g., corporate events, multi-day congresses, or weddings).

The Service Provider commits to delivering the finalized media within the agreed timeframe indicated in the contract, utilizing secure online delivery platforms (such as Pixieset, Dropbox Pro, or SwissTransfer).

              6. Intellectual Property and Image Rights

              • Copyright: The Service Provider remains the sole owner of the intellectual property rights and copyright of all images and videos produced during the assignment, in accordance with applicable French and European law.

              • Client License: Upon full payment of the agreed fees, the Service Provider grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media for private use (for individuals) or internal/external professional communication and marketing (for corporate clients).

              • Portfolio Right: Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing by the Client prior to the event, the Service Provider reserves the right to use selected photographs and video clips for professional promotional purposes, including portfolios, website display, and social media channels.

                7. Limitation of Liability and Equipment

                • The Service Provider uses professional-grade equipment and maintains rigorous backup protocols. However, in the unlikely event of technical failure, data loss, or damage beyond the Service Provider’s control, liability is strictly limited to the refund of the amounts paid for the specific affected service.

                • The Service Provider is not liable for compromised results due to restrictive venue rules, sudden environmental constraints (e.g., total power outages, severe weather, or obstruction by attendees).

                    8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the services provided, and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is explicitly attributed to the competent courts of Lorient, France.
